WebCalendar

By Todd | March 3, 2008

I’ve been looking at other web friendly applications that might be handy to have…

One of them is WebCalendar.  I believe it can integrate into Outlook, and other email calendaring applications.  I haven’t played with it yet… but I think it might a nice add on to the site.  Would allow special events, birthdays, reminders, whatever to be added and everyone could see it.  It can be made private so that only those with a password can access it.

I’ll most likely install a version to play with and then let you all know when it’s done.  Looks fun!

Other than that…I’m not up to much.  Work..work…dogs…cars.  Need to get some more parts for the ’87 Ford Van so I can re-sell it.  Don’t have any accords to work on…and my Dakota needs some major repairs coming up.  But..there’s no snow here, so no shoveling required 🙂 haha!

Wow..that WebCalender has like instructions that went on and on…

Thankfully, I am a good skimmer apparently. Cause I got it setup! w00t. Of course, I don’t know if you can see it or not.
I’ll experiment some with my mom and Peggy to see how it goes. Interesting, no?

Last night I thought I obliterated my WebCalendar… now it seems to be working again. See what walking away from a computer problem does? It fixes it 🙂

You can see the “demo” mode…
Verschoor Calendar. I only added US Holidays and my birthday. I’ll have to add more users later.

Yay, I got the holidays to load up on the Public calendar!

It’s all about Layers, I suppose.
